Fotini serves as the HR Manager and Training Consultant at Trusted Solutions. With a remarkable track record of over two decades in the field of HR, gained through her tenure at various multinational corporations, Fotini has cemented her reputation as an experienced HR expert.

Since her arrival at Trusted Solutions in 2020, Fotini has been ardently pursuing her passion for facilitating the growth and development of individuals' careers through Trusted Academy. In addition, she plays a pivotal role in aiding companies in the establishment and enhancement of their HR departments.

Evangelia is a (councelling) psychologist (Registration Number: 680). She began her undergraduate studies in the fields of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology at the University of Ioannina in Greece and continued to complete her master’s in intercultural education at the University of Leeds in England. Upon completing her first master’s degree, she went on to complete a second undergraduate degree in psychology and a second master’s degree in counselling psychology at the University of Neapolis, Pafos.  Throughout her academic career, she presented research at numerous international conferences and published in reputable international journals.

At present, Evangelia provides councelling, psychotherapy and personal development services. On a daily basis she offers services to adults who face a wide variety of difficulties, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, traumatic situations, as well communication skills and interpersonal relationships. She also provides parent and couples councelling, as well as seminars and experiential workshops.

In addition to this, she is a Journal Manager for the European Journal of Counselling Psychology and collaborates as a researcher at the Eating and Appearance Research Laboratory of Neapolis University Pafos.

She started her career in coaching in 2008 and today she specializes in supporting leaders to understand their automatic behaviours, shift their mindset and become unstoppable toward their personal and professional goals. She is an Accredited Senior Coach by EMCC, a Mentor at WOT (Women On Top) Greece, Member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a Member of BPW Cyprus (Cyprus Federation of Business and Professional Women). Christiana is the founder of the Inner Growth Academy, and an international speaker on leadership and self-discovery subjects.

Costas Agathangelou is a seasoned and certified vocational training instructor with over 25 years of experience in delivering high-quality training programs to a wide range of organizations and educational institutions. As an HRDA-certified instructor, he is recognized for his expertise in designing and conducting seminars that meet the rigorous standards set by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. His training sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each company, ensuring that participants gain practical, hands-on experience that can be applied directly to their roles.

Throughout his career, Costas has worked with renowned organizations such as Columbia Shipmanagement Ltd, Ernst & Young, Polyclinic Ygeia, Ellinas Finance Group and Leonardo Hotels Cyprus among others. His focus is on fostering both technical and soft skills, helping individuals and teams not only improve their performance but also enhance their overall professional growth. Costas is also experienced in developing customized programs that address unique business challenges, making him a versatile and highly effective instructor.

Andreas Christoforides is an experienced IT Auditor and Trainer, actively engaged with various organizations in the implementation and enhancement of Information Security Management Systems. He is a member of the Cyprus Computer Society and a PECB GOLD Trainer, certified in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, GDPR (CDPO), NIS2 & DORA. He previously served as Deputy Head of IT Infrastructure at a leading bank in Bulgaria.

Since 2015, Mr. Christoforides has successfully delivered a broad spectrum of cybersecurity projects, focusing on strategy, governance, and risk management, data privacy and protection (GDPR), as well as business resilience and recovery. His expertise includes conducting IT risk assessments and developing comprehensive IT policies and procedures to establish secure and effective IT governance frameworks.

Currently, Mr. Christoforides is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of iClinic, the first online telemedicine platform in Cyprus, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients and patients through a more efficient and accessible healthcare system, and a Chief Information Security Officer at REVSTO, licensed from the Central Bank of Cyprus to operate as a licensed Electronic Money Institution.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from Birmingham City University and a wide range of professional certifications from recognized bodies, including EC-Council, AXELOS, Microsoft, and Cisco.

Dr. George Melillos is an Associate Professor at the American University of Cyprus and a Researcher and Special Teaching Scientist at the Department of Civil Engineering and Geomatics of the Cyprus University of Technology. With more than 30 years of experience in Computer Science, his expertise includes Remote Sensing, Space Technology, GIS, Advanced Programming, Database Management, Web Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Prompt Engineering. He has also taught at the University of Cyprus and collaborates as a Lecturer with the Cyprus Productivity Centre (KEPA), where he designs and delivers courses in AI, Prompt Engineering, and Python.

With over 65,000 teaching hours, Dr. Melillos has made a substantial contribution to the education of students, university learners, and professionals by designing and delivering highly specialized training programs. He is a certified instructor by leading organizations such as Microsoft, Adobe, ECDL, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 27001. As an HRDA-certified instructor, he is recognized for his expertise in designing and delivering seminars that meet the rigorous standards of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus, combining strong technical expertise with a practical and industry-oriented educational approach.

His academic background includes a Diploma in Programming, an HND in Software Engineering, a BA (Hons) in Computing, an MA in ICT and Education, a PhD in Remote Sensing, GIS and Space Technology, and postdoctoral research in maritime security using Big Data and AI techniques. He also holds the international EITCA/AI certification from the European IT Certification Institute, with specialization in machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning, as well as Google AI Essentials, Google Prompting Essentials, and Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT certification from Vanderbilt University (USA).

He is a member of the Cyprus Computer Society, the British Computer Society (MBCS), IEEE, SPIE, the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, and the Cyprus Remote Sensing Society, and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered with the Engineering Council UK. As a lead author, he has published over sixty peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, and actively contributes to the academic community as a conference speaker, Academic Editor, and reviewer for international journals.
