Cost: €450 | Subsidy: €240 | Final Cost: €210
Funding Information: This seminar has been approved by HRDA, therefore, companies will only pay the amount of €210. The seminars that have been approved by the HRDA are exempt from VAT.

Unemployed People: Persons who are registered as unemployed are allowed to participate in two free seminars every year by submiting the relevant permit from the Public Employment Service office.

Individual (Non-Funded): A 19% VAT will apply to seminars and participants who do not qualify for the HRDA subsidy.

Aim

The primary objective of the "Mastering the Art of Leadership: Skills and Strategies for Effective Management" seminar is to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and positive attitudes necessary for effective leadership in today's dynamic business environment.

The workshop aims to assist leaders to effectively regulate their nervous system and advance in emotional intelligence skills like collaboration, decision-making, conflict management, and motivation. Through these advancements, managers will be able to understand the signs of mental health challenges and create a supportive and inclusive culture for the organisation. Managers often encounter stressful situations that have direct impact on their emotional wellbeing and face great challenges in remaining contained under pressure.

For the past 15 years, I have been working in executive positions in some of the biggest investment firms globally, with his latest role being that of a Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of London Capital Group! In 2019, created my own company, Trusted Solutions. The company's aim has been to assist companies in the industry to automate their procedures regarding client funds reconciliation using our solution Methodos Reconciliation System. In addition, Trusted Solutions is offering business training, workshops, and seminars for professionals in the industry or other related sectors.
